4 + 2/3 = (4 x 3) / (1 x 3) + 2/3 = 12/3 + 2/3 = 14/3
13/4 + 2 = 13/4 + (2 x 4) / (1 x 4) = 13/4 + 8/4 = 21/4
17/3 - 2 = 17/3 - (2 x 3) / (1 x 3) = 17/3 - 6/3 = 11/3.
